SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

• United States & Canada: 6–10 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 6–10 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 8–12 business days
• Rest of World: 8–15 business days

Shipping Cost We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and send a replacement if needed.
