How to Return To start a return contact us at floraflows7@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Your reason for returning
• A photo of the product if it arrived damaged

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Conditions

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be in original or gently used condition
• We do not accept returns of heavily used or damaged items unless the damage occurred during shipping

Refund Timeline Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Damaged or Wrong Item If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we will send you a free replacement immediately — no need to return the original. Just send us a photo and your order number to floraflows7@gmail.com

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
